At Kings Of Indigo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable purchase. If your new garments aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into the original shipping box or another sturdy, reusable mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your parcel over to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
